Job Summary

The Registered Nurse is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized care to residents. This includes assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation. The successful candidate will collaborate with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to plan, implement, and evaluate care.


Responsibilities
  • Provide preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment to residents
  • Coordinate care, resident assessment, resident education, and other nursing interventions
  • May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel
  • Provide adequate assistance and support to delegates to ensure safe and reliable administration of resident care

Qualifications

We are seeking a candidate with a graduate degree from a nationally accredited nursing program. A bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred. The successful candidate must hold an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring.
