About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our team at SCI Shared Resources LLC.

As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their families. Your warm and welcoming demeanor will make a lasting impression on those who visit our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist guests, offering support and guidance as needed.
  • Notify staff members of arriving appointments and escort guests to their designated rooms.
  • Answer routine questions about our services, products, and location.
  • Immediately notify management of any customer service or security issues.
  • Receive and process deceased belongings, following our chain of custody procedures.
  • Answer and route incoming calls to the appropriate staff members.
  • Maintain a comfortable environment for our clients, providing beverages and amenities as needed.
  • Perform light typing, proofreading, data entry, and printing tasks as required.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least six months of general office, receptionist, or administrative support experience.
  • Proficient in operating telephones, fax machines, and copiers.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite.
  • Clear and professional speaking voice and tone.
  • Professional interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
