We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatrician to join our team at Community Health Connections. As a Pediatrician, you will provide comprehensive and continuous primary care to a panel of patients, including infants, children, and adolescents up to the age of 22.
Key Responsibilities- Provide primary care services to patients, including physical examinations, evaluations, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment.
- Practice within the collaborative model with nurse practitioners and behavioral health providers.
- Prescribe pharmaceuticals, other medications, and treatment regimens as appropriate to assessed medical conditions.
- Refers patients to specialists and to relevant patient care components as appropriate.
- Directs and coordinates the patient care activities of nursing and support staff as required.
- Medical Degree (MD or DO)
- Board certification/eligibility in Pediatrics
- Current licensure by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Medicine
- Certified in ACLS or CPR/AED
- Current DEA and Massachusetts Controlled Substance licensure for prescriptive authority
