Nursing Care Specialist

As a Nursing Care Specialist at Seven Hills Foundation & Affiliates, you will play a vital role in providing optimal health care to our program participants. Your primary responsibility will be to advocate and institute appropriate nursing interventions, as per the Nurse Practice Act of Massachusetts, to meet the medical needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to ensure the best possible outcomes for our participants.
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support services.
- Monitor and report any changes in a participant's condition to ensure timely interventions.
- Provide education and support to participants and their families on health-related topics.
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Massachusetts.
- Experience working with vulnerable populations, preferably in a residential setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
