Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Vascular Sonographer to join our team at AdventHealth Imaging Centers. As a Vascular Sonographer, you will be responsible for performing general Sonography and Vascular Sonography procedures in accordance with department protocols. You will work closely with physicians to assist with interventional procedures and provide high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a full range of diagnostic ultrasound procedures and operate all ultrasound equipment in assigned department.
  • Rotate between multiple campuses/US departments as needed.
  • Learn and adapt to new technologies and protocols and help develop the knowledge and competency of coworkers and students.
  • Utilize knowledge and skill to provide service to pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
Requirements
  • Graduate of Ultrasound Program.
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in healthcare-related field preferred.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • ARDMS, ARRT, and/or CCI credentials to include Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer RDMS (AB) and Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer RDMS (OB/GYN), Registered Vascular Technology RVT (VT) OR Registered Vascular Sonographer RVS.
