About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Vascular Sonographer to join our team at AdventHealth Outpatient Imaging. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging team, you will be responsible for performing high-quality ultrasound procedures to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a full range of diagnostic ultrasound procedures, including vascular and general sonography
  • Operate all ultrasound equipment in assigned department, rotating between multiple campuses as needed
  • Assist physicians with interventional procedures and communicate abnormal findings to reading physicians
  • Document and complete procedures accurately, ensuring quality standards are met
  • Participate in the AdventHealth performance improvement program and adhere to corporate compliance plan
Requirements
  • Graduate of Ultrasound Program
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in healthcare-related field preferred
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • ARDMS, ARRT, and/or CCI credentials, including Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) and Registered Vascular Technology (RVT)
