Skilled RN for Palliative Care

Athena Health Care Systems is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Palliative Care RN. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Job Summary:
The Palliative Care RN will be responsible for providing professional nursing care by utilizing all elements of the nursing process, assessing and evaluating patient status, and acting as Case Manager when assigned by Clinical Supervisor.
Requirements:
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• 1-2 years of recent acute care experience in an institutional setting and 1-2 years of recent experience in home care.
• Current licensure in State and CPR certification.
• Bachelor's degree, with 1 year of hospice care experience required.
Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year.
