Exciting Nursing Opportunity at Kent Hospital

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our dynamic Float Pool team on night shifts. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in various areas of the hospital, developing your skills and expertise while providing exceptional patient care.

Salary and Benefits:
Competitive salary with potential for up to $25K sign-on bonus
RN differential of $6 per hour on nights shift
Full-time position with 36 hours per week, working 7pm-7:30am

About the Role:
This is a critical role that requires strong clinical skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. As a Float Pool RN, you will be responsible for caring for a defined group of patients according to the hospital's philosophy of patient care. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Requirements:
Graduation from an accredited nursing program and a minimum of six months job-related experience or equivalent required
RI State Licensure required
BSN or enrollment in a BSN program required for external candidates
