We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Skilled Care Partner - Patient Advocate to join our team at Genesis Healthcare LLC. As a key member of our care delivery team, you will work closely with licensed nurses to provide high-quality patient care and support.

Job Summary:

The Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA role is a crucial part of our healthcare team. You will be responsible for assisting patients with their activities of daily living (ADLs), ensuring their comfort, safety, and dignity. Your compassion, empathy, and excellent communication skills will make a significant difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients with ADLs, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families
  • Collaborate with licensed nurses to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with healthcare teams

Requirements:

  • Successful completion of a state-approved CNA program and current certification required
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Salary Information:

Estimated salary range: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour. Pay target may vary based on experience and qualifications.
