Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and supervising programs and activities for youth, with a focus on promoting academic success, healthy lifestyles, good character, and citizenship.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development and Implementation: Develop and implement high-quality programs and activities that meet the needs of our youth members, including drop-in programs, special events, and community outreach initiatives.
  • Youth Engagement and Supervision: Create a safe and supportive environment that encourages youth participation and engagement, and provide guidance and role modeling to members.
  • Program Evaluation and Improvement: Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, and make recommendations for improvement to ensure the highest quality programs and services.
  • Staff Support and Collaboration: Work closely with other staff members to ensure a productive and collaborative work environment, and participate in regular staff meetings and training sessions.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience working with youth in a program setting.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to motivate and engage youth, and experience with program planning and implementation.
  • Certifications: CPR and First Aid certifications required.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position that requires a valid driver's license and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
