Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Strategy: Provide strategic leadership and direction to our ethics and compliance team, developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Investigations and Audits: Conduct thorough investigations and audits to identify and address potential ethics and compliance issues, ensuring that our organization is in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Training and Education: Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on ethics and compliance policies and procedures, ensuring that they understand their roles and responsibilities in maintaining a culture of integrity.
- Communication and Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between our organization and external stakeholders, including government agencies, regulatory bodies, and industry associations, ensuring that our organization is in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Policy Development and Implementation: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including the development of codes of conduct and ethics policies.
- Compliance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor and report on compliance with relevant laws and regulations, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address any compliance issues.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, law, or public policy.
- Experience: Minimum of three years of experience in ethics and compliance, including experience in investigations, audits, and policy development.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including experience in developing and implementing compliance programs.
