Job Responsibilities:

As an Exterior Cleaning Specialist, your duties will include cleaning windows on both high-rise and low-rise structures, maintaining both interior and exterior glass surfaces, working from ladders up to 32 feet, and operating power washing equipment. You will be responsible for removing dirt and grime from windows and glass surfaces using a non-abrasive cleaning solution, water, and rubber squeegee blades.

You will assess whether window glass is clear, reflective, or tinted and adjust your cleaning techniques accordingly. Additionally, you will use microfiber cloths to dry the edges of the glass and toweling cloths to eliminate excess moisture from window sills. It is essential to ensure that all cleaning and lifting equipment is in proper working condition, operate aerial lift platforms to access high-rise windows, and maintain the company vehicle stocked with necessary cleaning supplies. You will also be expected to clean up thoroughly after each job to leave no residue or dirt behind.

Requirements:
To qualify as an Exterior Cleaning Specialist, you should possess exceptional customer service skills, a clean driving record, comfort with climbing ladders, and the ability to carry equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
