Job Responsibilities:
As an Exterior Cleaning Specialist, your duties will include cleaning windows on both high-rise and low-rise structures, ensuring both interior and exterior glass surfaces are spotless. You will work on ladders up to 32 feet and operate power washing equipment to remove dirt and grime using non-abrasive cleaning solutions and squeegee blades.
You will assess window glass types—clear, reflective, or tinted—and adjust your cleaning methods accordingly. This role also involves using microfiber cloths to dry edges and toweling cloths to eliminate excess moisture from sills. You will ensure all cleaning and lifting equipment is in optimal condition and operate aerial lift platforms to access high-rise windows. Additionally, maintaining an adequately stocked company vehicle with cleaning supplies and ensuring a clean worksite after each job is essential.Requirements:
As an Exterior Cleaning Specialist, you should possess exceptional customer service skills, a clean driving record, comfort with climbing ladders, and the ability to carry equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
