Registered Nurse Emergency Department

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team at Del Sol Medical Center. As a critical care specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues
- Current RN licensure in Texas or compact state
- 1-3 years of experience in emergency nursing or critical care
- Associates Degree in Nursing; BSN preferred
- ACLS, ENPC, and TNCC certifications required within 6-12 months of hire
- NIHSS Certification required within 60 days of hire and annually
- Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) certification
- Experience with trauma and stroke care
