Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct airframe stress analysis using CATIA V5/V6/3DX and NASTRAN software.
  • Develop and maintain proficiency in analytical tools such as Mathcad, MATLAB, Python, and Excel Visual Basic.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product lifecycle management using ENOVIA software.
  • Design and develop 2D/3D models, capture requirements, and develop specifications using engineering design definition tools.
  • Perform detailed finite element analysis (FEA) on components and systems, including metallic, composite, and structural castings.
  • Utilize analysis pre/post-processors such as PATRAN, Hyper Works, and Femap to support FEA.
  • Develop and maintain proficiency in basic office computer software, including the Microsoft office suite.
  • Ensure education requirements are met, including a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
Requirements:
  • 5-12 years of experience in airframe stress analysis.
  • Proficiency in CATIA V5/V6/3DX and NASTRAN software.
  • Experience with analytical tools such as Mathcad, MATLAB, Python, and Excel Visual Basic.
  • Working knowledge of GD&T requirements.
  • Experience with product lifecycle management software such as ENOVIA.
  • Proficiency in engineering design definition tools.
  • Experience with finite element analysis (FEA) on components and systems.
  • Proficiency in analysis pre/post-processors such as PATRAN, Hyper Works, and Femap.
  • Proficiency in basic office computer software, including the Microsoft office suite.
