Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement personalized nutrition plans for hemodialysis patients
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Conduct regular assessments and lab reviews to monitor patient progress
  • Recommend dietary changes and provide education to patients and caregivers
  • Participate in QAPI initiatives to drive quality improvement
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition or Dietetics required
  • Master's Degree in Nutrition or Dietetics preferred
  • Current Dietetics licensure appropriate to the state of practice
  • Minimum of 1-year experience with clinical dietetics required (not to include internship); ESRD patients preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
