Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Setup and Coordination: Ensure that all audio visual equipment is properly set up and functioning for events.
  • System Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues with audio visual systems.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on audio visual equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to event staff and attendees as needed.
  • Equipment Delivery and Tracking: Deliver and track portable presentation equipment as required.
  • Facilitating Equipment Repair: Coordinate with vendors to repair or replace faulty equipment.
  • Meeting Setup: Set up meeting rooms with audio visual equipment as needed.

Requirements:

  • Education: Associate's degree or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1-5 years of experience in audio visual technology.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Teams, Zoom, Webex, Extron, Crestron, and other audio visual systems.
  • Desired Skills: Crestron and/or Extron experience highly desired.
