We are seeking a skilled and compassionate nurse to fill the role of RN House Supervisor at PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center in Vancouver, WA. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and guiding nursing staff to deliver exceptional patient care. About the Position:
This per diem, variable shift position requires a current Washington or Multistate RN license and 2+ years of experience in an acute care setting. BLS & ACLS certifications are also necessary. In this role, you will provide leadership and support to our nursing staff, manage resources, respond to emergencies, and promote problem-solving and patient safety.
