The Providence Clinic Nursing and Quality Supervisors oversee clinical staff performance, provide coaching, mentoring, develop, and implement clinical best practices to uphold the standards of clinical practice. This role brings the professional nursing perspective to the clinic leadership team.

As a Nurse Manager in Ambulatory Care at Providence, you will have the opportunity to thrive in our culture of patient-focused, whole-person care built on understanding, commitment, and mutual respect.

  • We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree - Nursing or equivalent education/experience is required.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification upon hire.
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing complex patients
  • Providing clinical education to clinical support staff
  • Experience working in an ambulatory setting
  • Providing patient education
