Job Title: Work Study

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Work Study Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for a student to gain valuable work experience and develop their skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Job Summary:

The Work Study Assistant will provide administrative support to the Student Life Department, assisting with various tasks and projects as needed. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide general information and assistance to students, faculty, and staff
  • Assist with clerical duties, such as filing and data entry
  • Answer telephone and transfer calls
  • Assist other departments within the suite as needed
Requirements:
  • Must be eligible for the Federal Work Study Program
  • Must be enrolled for at least 2 consecutive hours per work shift
  • Basic computer and printer skills required
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a similar role or with relevant skills
Working Conditions:

This is a part-time position, up to 20 hours per week. The position is security-sensitive and requires a background screening.
