Job Summary:
Solventum is seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Data Collection Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and processing medical documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with healthcare regulations. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a healthcare environment and be familiar with electronic health records systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and process medical documentation, including order forms, medical records, prescriptions, operative reports, history, and physicals
- Escalate issues to customer or field personnel as needed to aid in obtaining physician documentation required for billing
- Participate in work activities deemed suitable and assigned by management
- Maintain status for all compliance and other required training courses

Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED or higher
- 1+ year of experience making outbound calls to and receiving inbound calls from health professionals
- Prior experience in sales and/or collections
- Familiarity with Electronic Health Records systems to access and update patient information
- Knowledge and understanding of HIPAA regulations and other compliance standards governing patient privacy and healthcare billing practices
