Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Administrator to join our team at Booz Allen Hamilton. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for providing Help Desk support and daily administration support for our Defense Travel System (DTS) and Standard Labor Data Collection and Distribution Application (SLDCADA) systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT systems and applications
- Administer financial control systems and procedures for budgeting and execution of funds
- Develop and implement technical solutions to improve system performance and efficiency
- Collaborate with senior client leadership to provide informed recommendations
Requirements
- 3 years of experience working in a professional IT environment
- Experience performing local systems administration duties
- Experience with technical systems support and troubleshooting
- Secret clearance
- Associate's degree
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Defense Travel System (DTS)
- Experience with Standard Labor Data Collection and Distribution Application (SLDCADA) system
- Bachelor's degree in IT or Information Systems or a related discipline
- ITIL v3 or later Foundations certification
Clearance and Security
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
