Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Applied Behavior Analysis approaches in a residential and educational setting
  • Collect and analyze data to inform individualized treatment plans
  • Implement behavior intervention plans and monitor treatment integrity
  • Assist with personal hygiene tasks and provide support with daily living skills
  • Participate in community meetings, groups, and milieu programming
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher in human services or special education preferred
  • No minimum experience required; preference given to those with RBT or BCaBA certification
  • NYS driver's license required
Working Conditions

The Behavior Support Technician will work in a residential and educational setting, with occasional light physical exertion required. The position involves working with individuals with Autism and/or intellectual disabilities, and the ability to adapt to changing situations is essential.
