Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with Account Sales Executives to achieve sales objectives in assigned districts
- Manage stock levels and ensure timely delivery of authorized items to key accounts
- Foster strong relationships with store managers, liquor department managers, and other store personnel to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for sales growth
- Participate in sales meetings and provide feedback on sales strategies and tactics
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales promotions and events
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the achievement of business objectives
Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- At least 2 years of sales experience in the beverage industry, preferably in wine sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and achieving sales growth
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record required
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory up to 6 times per year for education and training
