Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and respond to their needs in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare and serve beverages and food items, including premium organic coffees and teas.
  • Take orders and process payments in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Assist with food preparation and service, including baking and catering.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the café and surrounding areas.
  • Communicate effectively with coworkers and management to ensure seamless service and quality.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One year of prior retail store experience preferred.
  • Prior barista experience preferred.
  • Ability to obtain any required certifications within 30 days of employment.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug testing.
  • Must possess or be able to obtain/maintain a PUBLIC TRUST background investigation.
Working Conditions

This is a part-time position, working Monday through Friday, 10:30 AM - 1:30 PM. The employee will be required to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 40 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment.
