About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Behavior Technician to join our team at Dragonfly Cognitive Development and Consulting. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in helping children with special needs and on the autism spectrum develop behavioral skills and reduce problematic behaviors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA or BCaBA
  • Collect and record data on patient progress
  • Provide support and guidance to patients and their families
Requirements
  • Ability to accept feedback and develop skills accordingly
  • Effective time management skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships
  • Commitment to client confidentiality
  • Ability to interpret and implement clinical protocols
Preferred Qualifications
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • Valid driver's license
