Global Product Marketing Director, Vascular

This is a critical leadership position within Boston Scientific's Peripheral Vascular business, responsible for developing and executing global marketing strategies to drive growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities- Lead global marketing efforts for the Vascular Division, including product launches, brand management, and market research.
- Develop and execute multi-year commercial plans to achieve revenue and profitability objectives.
- Manage a high-performing team of marketing professionals, providing coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, commercial, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform marketing strategies and ensure the Vascular Division remains competitive.
- Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of professional experience in marketing, preferably in the medical technology or pharmaceutical industry.
- 5+ years of experience in complex commercial program management or team leadership.
- Proven track record of success in leading cross-functional teams and developing and executing marketing strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Master of Business Administration degree.
- Significant collaboration and demonstrated success in working across a global, matrixed organization.
- Commercial and customer-first mindset, with a track record of working across multiple geographic regions.
