Job Summary

We are seeking a self-driven and results-oriented Sales Development Representative to join our growing business. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in keeping the Company competitive by achieving our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and analyze competitors' information/trends to identify sales opportunities and business prospects.
  • Maintain a constantly expanding database of leads/prospects.
  • Participate in lead generation strategies, such as cold calling and emails, to develop leads/referrals and generate interest.
  • Promptly follow up on potential customers' queries and furnish additional products/services information/solutions that is insightful to generate sales.
  • Identify customers' challenges, business needs, and objectives to structure proposals.
  • Well-equipped with product knowledge to upsell to customers with compatible products/services.
  • Proactively follow up and maintain rapport with prospects and identify possible new sales opportunities.
  • Partner with other channels to build a pipeline and close deals.
  • Facilitate the entire sales process from the initiation of the original call through finalization of account set-up.
  • Render sales support such as preparing sales presentation, proposals, quotation, and sales agreement, invoices, etc.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma from a reputable institution.
  • At least 3 years of sales experience in the software and technology industry, with proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • A self-starter who possesses a unique blend of entrepreneurial spirit, business, and technical savvy, a big-picture vision, a user-centric mind, and the drive to maximize market opportunities.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Adeptness to thrive and work independently in a dynamic environment with assigned timelines.
