Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Ad Operations Specialist to join our Sacramento team. As a key member of our media department, you will be responsible for supporting multiple client campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with media planners and analytics managers to develop campaign tracking strategies and implement tracking for key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Assist in campaign setup and monitoring, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of campaign assets and tags.
  • Manage tracking documentation to ensure smooth and accurate execution of campaigns.
  • Identify and resolve or escalate issues impacting campaign performance.
  • Implement process efficiencies and troubleshoot with media teams and vendors regarding tagging or ad server issues.
  • Develop and manage trafficking calendars to meet launch deadlines.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in ad operations, advertising, or QA/QC.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Campaign Manager, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics.
  • Ability to think creatively and analytically, multi-task, and prioritize assignments.
  • Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Ability to learn basic functions of related in-house managed platforms.
