Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide assistance to the sales team and management as required
  • Prepare orders for processing
  • Generate shipping estimates
  • Coordinate shipment schedules
  • Handle shipping claims
  • Manage returns and credits
  • Perform data entry tasks
  • Maintain organized filing systems
  • Respond to phone inquiries
Qualifications:
  • Organizational Skills: Must be detail-oriented, maintain cleanliness, and demonstrate effective time management
  • Responsibility: Consistent punctuality and accountability are essential
  • Attitude: A positive demeanor, professionalism, and a collaborative spirit are crucial
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills are required

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with alternating Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Benefits: After 90 days, benefits include paid vacation, sick leave, 401k options, and a medical plan available for purchase (including Medical, Dental, and Vision).

Please note that a background check and on-site drug screening will be conducted.
