About the Role

As a Medicare Sales Representative at AMBA, you will play a vital role in helping individuals navigate the complexities of Medicare and find the right plan to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with seniors and other eligible individuals to determine their Medicare benefits and choose a healthcare plan that suits their needs.
  • Perform sales duties in accordance with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Medicare marketing guidelines.
  • Meet with clients one-on-one to establish exceptional relationships and provide personalized service.
  • Facilitate client relationships and provide ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Engage in comprehensive training and development programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Performance-based compensation with monthly stipends and residual income with lifetime vesting.
  • Potential to earn quarterly incentives and bonuses based on production.
Requirements
  • Medicare Advantage experience is a must.
  • Active California Life and Health Insurance License and AHIP Certification.
  • 2+ years of related work experience in Medicare and/or Medicaid sales.
  • E&O insurance required upon contracting.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Motivated self-starter with excellent time management and organization skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish professional relationships within the community, leaders, non-profit organizations, and providers.
  • Prior community outreach and/or marketing experience.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Sunfire Matrix, as well as Microsoft products.
  • Knowledge of Medicare supplement and PDP products.
  • Established book of business within sales territory.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, results-oriented, driven self-starter.
  • Motivated, positive team builder with exceptional interpersonal skills.
