We are seeking a licensed, part-time therapist to join our team at RightWorks Staffing. As a remote mental health therapist, you will work with children and adolescents to provide mental health services and support their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employ evidence-based methods to encourage, direct, and assist our members in achieving their objectives
  • Work closely with other clinical team members, such as psychiatrists, coaches, nurses, and behavioral case managers
  • Test out new therapeutic methods and protocols
  • Attend training sessions on our specialized curriculum and collaborative care style

Requirements:

  • Hold an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or LMHC licensure
  • Must be licensed in Alaska. Licensure in other states is a plus
  • Experience using video telehealth and being tech savvy
  • Motivated and organized by a vibrant team environment
  • A friendly and interesting clinical tone
  • Dedicated to supporting young people's goal-setting
  • Willingness to work evening shifts is desirable
