LPN - Northshore Heights Caregiver

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Northshore Heights Senior Living Facility in Knoxville. As an LPN, you will provide nursing care to our residents, supervise direct care staff, and ensure our residents feel genuinely cared for.
Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care to residents, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the primary care provider.
Supervise and assist direct care staff in providing care to residents, ensuring their needs are met and their dignity is respected.
Observe and report changes in resident status to the primary care provider and Director of Personal Care, documenting interactions and observations via established policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Graduate of a state-approved school of vocational, practical, or professional nursing program.
Current nursing license, in good standing.
Good physical and mental health, with the ability to sit, stand, and walk during all shifts.
Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds, with occasional twisting, bending, squatting, kneeling, and crouching.
