As a key member of our front desk team, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and their pets, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for all.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet and welcome clients, assessing their needs and providing personalized support
- Handle incoming phone calls and emails, prioritizing urgent matters and communicating effectively with clients and staff
- Process client check-ins and check-outs, including reviewing invoices and managing financial transactions
- Communicate visit expectations to clients, assist owners with pet management, and minimize stress
- Schedule appointments based on client expectations, patient medical requirements, and clinic needs
- Manage emergency situations and walk-ins, responding promptly and professionally
- Respond to online requests for products, prescriptions, or client questions in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness in lobby areas, exam rooms, and client/patient areas
- Recommend products available to clients through our facilities
- High School Diploma or GED required
- At least one year of client service experience required
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving ability
- Ability to handle stressful situations and prioritize tasks effectively
- Team player with patience and a positive attitude
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
