Drive Sales Success as an Institutional Wealth Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an Institutional Wealth Manager. This role will be responsible for leading sales efforts within the RIA market in the Western United States, working closely with internal wholesalers to drive collective success.

About the Role:

  • Lead sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the RIA channel.
  • Collaborate with internal wholesalers to develop and execute sales plans, activity reports, and rotation schedules.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key RIA partners, providing expert guidance on investment products and market trends.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in institutional sales or a related field, preferably within the RIA market.
  • Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and relationship-building skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Certifications such as CIMA, CMA, CFA, or CFP are preferred.
