Senior Account Management Professional, US Account Management, Display and Sponsored Ads

Amazon Advertising is seeking a seasoned leader to head our Account Management team for Display and Sponsored Ads in the US. As a Manager of Account Management, you will lead a geographically distributed organization responsible for maximizing the return on investment for our advertisers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute service strategies tailored to client needs, team development, and revenue objectives.
- Obtain ongoing client and partner feedback to assess performance against organizational objectives.
- Engage with Amazon Advertising's leadership team and product leadership to represent business results and advocate for customer needs.
- Hire and develop a world-class team.
- Conduct resource management and capacity planning.
- Understand the Amazon Advertising product suite, tools, and campaign management workflows, as well as how our broader Customer Success Team integrates with each.
- Develop and implement best practices to drive consistently strong ROI, ease of doing business, and scale for anticipated growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers.
- Experience with influencing internal and external stakeholders.
- Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Marketing, Advertising, Statistics, Engineering, Business, or equivalent, as well as 6+ years of relevant experience in a client-facing role, including digital marketing, analytics, and people management.

Compensation for this position reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $148,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $221,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. This position is eligible for variable pay via a sales compensation plan. These plans pay according to achievement level against sales targets and/or business objectives. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
