We are seeking a skilled Physician Float to join our team at Concentra. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and lead by example in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and lead by example to create an exceptional patient experience.
- Collaborate with therapists and specialists to drive optimal clinical outcomes and case management.
- Adhere to Clinical Analytics relative to quality and ensure compliance with individual State Practice Act/Rules and Regulations/WC.
- Create a professional and collaborative working environment with center staff.
- Maintain relationships with center clients and payers, promoting and exemplifying Orange Book values.
- Board Certification/Eligible
- Active and unrestricted license
- Unrestricted DEA license and dispensing license for state of jurisdiction (required prior to start date)
- Must be eligible to participate in Medicare
- FMCSA NRCME certification preferred or willingness to obtain
