Job Title: Senior Systems Administrator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Systems Administrator to join our team at Oneida Technical Solutions, LLC. in Rome, NY.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, administering, and troubleshooting network security solutions, as well as updating software with the latest security patches and ensuring proper defenses are present for each network resource.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure network security solutions to protect against threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Administer and troubleshoot network security systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Update software and firmware with the latest security patches and updates.
  • Develop and implement disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity.
  • Monitor network traffic for suspicious behavior and identify potential security threats.

Requirements:

  • Secret security clearance required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Systems Security Administrator.
  • High School Diploma Required. Associates Degree Preferred.
  • Security+ certification or equivalent required.
