Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily building operations and address facilities-related concerns.
- Plan and coordinate spatial and logistical arrangements for office relocations and furniture setups.
- Manage conference bookings and travel logistics for executive staff.
Ensure that kitchen, office, and computer supplies are ordered, stocked, and monitored according to current and future requirements.
- Identify, prioritize, and propose new initiatives for facility enhancements.
- Collaborate closely with the Operations Manager to organize office events and employee engagement activities.
- Perform basic repairs and maintenance tasks that do not require specialized skills.
