Key Responsibilities- Support Services
- Assist individuals in developing skills to promote independence, including social skills, personal hygiene, budgeting, and meal preparation.
- Support individuals in understanding and exercising their rights.
- Provide support services in a safe, therapeutic, and respectful manner.
- Monitor individuals' health, safety, and well-being daily.
- Document bed monitoring every 15 minutes on shifts where individuals are asleep.
- Support individuals in accessing community resources, including civic organizations and benefits.
- Establish and maintain relationships that are important to individuals.
- Administer medication as ordered by a physician and in accordance with state and company rules.
- Attend health-related appointments with individuals and promote self-advocacy.
- Document information from health-related appointments and communicate with team leaders.
- Attend treatment team meetings, audits, and committees as requested.

- Demonstrate the delivery of services to diverse populations.
- Understand and articulate how cultural differences can affect treatment.
