BLUE WATER AQUATICS, INC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Aquatic Spray Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing aquatic plant growth and ensuring the health of our clients' waterways.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain aquatic plant growth through the application of herbicides and other control methods.
  • Operate a pick-up truck and trailer towing an ATV, UTV or small boat in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Conduct site assessments to identify aquatic plant species and develop effective control strategies.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless execution of projects and meet client expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in aquatic plant management.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in aquatic spray application and management.
  • Valid State Commercial Aquatics Applicator License or ability to obtain within 3 months.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
