Role Objective:

As a Culinary Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing food items that meet our production needs and quality benchmarks while ensuring a clean and safe work environment. Your expertise and warm service will enhance our guests' experience.

  • Prepare all food items according to established recipes and guest specifications.
  • Adhere to company and brand standards to maintain product consistency and achieve high guest satisfaction.
  • Manage daily inventory requisitions for supplies and food items.
  • Inspect and select only the finest food items for menu preparation.
  • Ensure proper storage and portion control to maintain product quality.
  • Maintain cleanliness and operational condition of refrigeration and kitchen equipment in compliance with health regulations.
  • Possess a solid understanding of sanitation standards.
  • Operate kitchen equipment such as stoves, ovens, and slicers effectively.
  • Report maintenance issues promptly.
  • Receive and store food deliveries appropriately.
  • Collaborate with kitchen management and other departments related to the Food & Beverage sector.
  • Engage in long-term planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in physical inventory assessments.
  • Guest Engagement:
  • Be approachable and available to assist guests.
  • Address guest concerns proactively and follow established recovery protocols.
  • Exhibit professionalism and courtesy towards guests at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic computational skills for inventory and ordering.
  • Ability to read and follow recipes accurately.

  • Ability to work in varying temperatures, including extreme conditions.
  • Physical stamina to stand and move efficiently for extended periods.
  • Capacity to lift and transport items weighing up to 50 pounds.
