The Inventory Coordinator is essential in managing and supervising the stock of materials, supplies, and finished goods. This position serves as the main contact for procurement and order tracking of finished products, fostering strong partnerships with various facilities to optimize inventory levels and ensure efficient operations. The Inventory Coordinator also facilitates communication between Demand Planning and manufacturing operations to resolve any stock availability challenges.

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Friday
  • Early morning start at 4:30 am until all tasks are completed
  • Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required

Core Responsibilities

  1. Conduct physical inventory counts utilizing specialized tools and systems for precision
  2. Perform regular age inventory assessments to ensure proper product rotation
  3. Adhere to cycle counting protocols and investigate any inventory variances
  4. Manage inventory accounting functions and address operational challenges
  5. Create and disseminate inventory reports to pertinent stakeholders
  6. Oversee production labeling and maintain compliance with standards
  7. Assist warehouse operations as necessary
