About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Pharmacist to join our team at Pullman Regional Hospital. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the hospital's mission of delivering innovative, patient-focused care.

Responsibilities
  • Read, interpret, and extract patient information from charts accurately.
  • Monitor and adjust drug therapy regimens based on individual patient needs.
  • Verify medication orders and dispense medications to patients and hospital staff.
  • Provide drug information and counsel patients, family members, and staff on appropriate drug use.
  • Supervise support personnel and ensure the quality of work.
  • Document clinical activities and interventions accurately.
Requirements
  • BPharm or PharmD degree.
  • Licensed as a pharmacist in the State of Washington or eligible for licensure within 2 months of hire.
  • Basic computer skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous hospital pharmacy experience.
  • Pharmacy residency and/or board certification.
