Travel Pharmacist

We are seeking a skilled Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. Reporting to the Director of Pharmacy, the Pharmacist will ensure pliance with hospital and regulatory standards while managing pharmacy services.

Schedule:
Full-time position, shift details will be discussed during the interview.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on pharmacy policies and procedures
• Assist with personnel management, training, and petency maintenance
• Oversee remote pharmacy services
• Support Formulary Management (contract pliance, interchanges, shortage management)
• Coordinate with medical staff on formulary decisions; oversee the Pharmacy and Therapeutics mittee
• Manage inventory and distribution systems (Pyxis system, controlled substances, inventory optimization, purchasing)
• Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and maintain confidentiality

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical Science (required)
• Active StatePharmaceutical License (required)
• PharmD Certification (preferred)
• 3-5 years of hospital or clinical experience (preferred)
