Speech Language Pathologist Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at a prestigious school near Monroe, NC. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students and inspire them to reach their full potential.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' communication needs
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to support students' communication goals
  • Collaborate with special education staff to ensure comprehensive support for students
  • Manage a caseload of students with varying communication needs
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Active NC State License
  • Previous experience in school and/or pediatrics strongly preferred
  • Experience with IEPs preferred
