We are a leading pediatric therapy agency in Charlotte, NC, dedicated to providing compassionate and evidence-based care to children with developmental differences. Our team of therapists, including ABA, ST, OT, PT, and Psych, work together to improve communication, social skills, mental health, and daily life skills for the children and families we serve.

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Position

This role provides evaluative, therapeutic, and consultative services for children with developmental delays in areas that impact speech, language, feeding/swallowing, and cognition. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will work in a collaborative environment with a multidisciplinary team to provide clinic-based therapy services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat clients within a multi-disciplinary clinic setting.
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop effective individualized treatment plans.
  • Develop home programs and provide parent education/coaching.
  • Collaborate with a holistic team: OT, ST, PT, ABA, PYSCH, and parents/caregivers.
  • Quarterly Bonus and Commission Pay.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP).
  • State of North Carolina license as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP).
  • Early Childhood Intervention experience is a plus.
  • Excellent Communication skills.
