Salary: $36,000 per year ($18-$20 per hour)
Job DescriptionYou will report to the Manager and perform daily front office tasks and duties to help create lasting impressions and build trust and loyalty with patients. This includes:
- Providing superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
- Working collaboratively with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care
- Consulting with patients on treatment options provided by clinical team, verifying insurance payment and collection ensuring high quality of care
- Under the direction of the Manager, supervising and reinforcing the daily tasks and priorities of the non-clinical team
- Reviewing data day to day to evaluate the impact on the practice
- Overseeing scheduling and confirming patient appointments
- Verifying insurance payment, collection, balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds
- Demonstrated analytical thinking; placing a premium on leveraging data
- Organized and detail-oriented
