Your responsibilities will include:

  • Client Communication: Communicating with clients in both English and Spanish, ensuring they receive clear and concise information about their case.
  • Language Translation: Translating complex legal documents and terminology into Spanish, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
  • Cultural Competence: Demonstrating cultural competence and sensitivity when interacting with clients and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
  • Team Collaboration: Working closely with our team to ensure effective communication and collaboration among bilingual staff members.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Possessing excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Spanish, with the ability to translate complex texts and convey nuanced ideas.
  • Cultural Awareness: Demonstrating cultural awareness and sensitivity when interacting with clients and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
  • Collaboration: Able to work collaboratively with our team, demonstrating a commitment to teamwork and effective communication.
