Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Negotiate lease agreements with landlords and/or realtor management companies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with landlords and management companies
  • Oversee compliance with established housing laws and building codes
  • Work with Case Management staff to identify potential clients who are ready for housing placement
  • Prepare and coordinate reports related to housing codes and compliance
  • Inform Case Management staff of unit readiness and any problems with client maintenance

The ideal candidate will possess a valid driver's license and be bilingual in English and Spanish. A background in social services or a related field is preferred. We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year, depending on experience.
